The main problems included a lack of tracking accuracy, complex and inefficient navigation and difficulties in analysing efficiency. These shortcomings regularly led to costly complaints, as the vehicles had to return frequently to check on operations that were not completed. These additional journeys caused both higher operating costs and increased workload.
