Not the Right Fit?

If you’ve deployed our products and are not ready to purchase, simply send back the trial products before your trial window closes.

Step 1

Request a return label from returns@samsara.com

Step 2

Print and attach the return label to the box and place all trial products and accessories in the box

*A partial return will be documented as not returned.

Step 3

Drop the box off at any UPS location. A tracking number will be issued with your label

*Products not fully returned within the original trial window will be considered purchased, and an invoice will be mailed to you after the trial has expired. Products will be deactivated within 30 days after the invoice has been sent.
