As Samsara dashboard administrators, you are responsible for implementing granular user permissions, categorizing your assets and drivers, and configuring settings in bulk. Many of you lead complex organizations, and it can be a challenge to effectively manage your organization within Samsara. Driver safety is a team effort and fleet operators rely on both technology and their coaching programs to ensure crews get home safe every day. In this session, we’ll dive in and learn from one another’s coaching techniques and brainstorm new ways to observe, measure and improve performance. Our goal is for everyone to walk away with new ideas on how to evolve your programs by proactively identifying coaching opportunities, empowering drivers with personalized feedback, prioritizing consistency, and setting clear goals & refine your expectations over time.
