Frequently Asked Questions
Referrals must be submitted using your unique referral link or directly by you using the ‘Submit Referral’ form in the Samsara Referral Portal. Don’t have access to the My Referral Portal Yet? Refer a potential customer here.
Referrals expire after 60 days from the submission date.
Rewards are paid out in the form of digital gift cards, redeemable almost anywhere.
There is no limit to the number of referrals you can submit - the more you refer, the more rewards you can earn!
Rewards are only remitted after the 30-day return period for the qualifying purchases has expired. Referrals are paid shortly after 30-days post purchase.
The referral reward will depend on how much they purchases when they first sign up with us.
For annual spend (excluding taxes) of less than $2,000, the referral reward will be $200.
For annual spend (excluding taxes) between $2,001 and $10,000, the referral reward will be $500.
For annual spend (excluding taxes) between $10,001 and $25,000, the referral reward will be $750.
For annual spend (excluding taxes) between $25,001 and $50,000, the referral reward will be $1,000.
For annual spend (excluding taxes) between $50,001 and $100,000, the referral reward will be $1,500.
For annual spend (excluding taxes) of more than $100,000, the referral reward will be $2,000.
