The assessment is based primarily on what U.S., U.K., and Poland employees share about their experience working at Samsara and helping to drive our mission forward. Here are a few notable takeaways:

• Employees are proud to work at Samsara: More than 93% of U.S., U.K., and Poland employees on average are proud to work at Samsara. For many employees, it’s because they can see how their contributions positively impact their communities and the organizations that power the global economy.

• Employees feel they are treated fairly regardless of their age, gender, race, or sexual orientation: More than 96% of U.S., U.K., and Poland employees on average agreed they are treated fairly regardless of their age, gender, race, or sexual orientation. 

• Employees believe Samsara is a great place to work: More than 91% of U.S., U.K., and Poland employees on average agreed Samsara is a great place to work.
