Product Exchange

If your issue cannot be resolved with Support, the Support Representative will authorize a product exchange, and within 48 hours, you will receive an email with a return label.

Print your return label

Step 4

Attach the return label to the box and place all devices and accessories in the box

Step 5

Drop the box off at any UPS location. A tracking number will be issued with your label

In order for the exchange to be processed, your faulty hardware needs to be returned no later than 45 days after your return label was issued.

Step 6

Install your replacement products

You will receive an email with the shipment details of your replacement products within 48 hours of the exchange authorization. This email will include the product details and a tracking number.
