Privacy Button
The Privacy Button is an easy-to-use accessory that allows drivers to turn location and GPS tracking on and off when conducting personal activities. When pushed, the button immediately turns off all location tracking from the vehicle. This is an accessory for the Vehicle Gateway.
Privacy Concerns
Customers can press the button to turn on or off the GPS tracking of their vehicles. GPS turns on automatically when a trip terminates or the vehicles engines turn off. Fleet managers are not alerted when Drivers turn on/off their Privacy button
Monitor
Track the amount of time the Privacy button has been enabled during their hours of service
Easy to Access Button
Customers can easily identify whether the Privacy button is enabled due to it’s larger size. A visible LED light lets drivers know when it’s engaged
