BBIPOC in Design seeks to improve the representation of intersectional Black, Brown, and Indigenous communities of color in design. Our efforts focus on mentoring, coaching, and learning labs in order to foster equity, increase access to the global tech recruiting pipeline, improve diversity awareness, and acknowledge the challenges of intersectionality within the design community.
Blaccsara is dedicated to the unity and prosperity of Black and African individuals, as well as our allies, at Samsara and beyond. We strive to build a community that is not only uplifting, but also empowering, educational, healing, and most of all, fun.
Dev URG’s mission is to empower gender minorities within engineering at Samsara, including those who identify as transgender, non-binary, and female. We strive to provide our members a space to speak openly and freely, resources for professional growth and development, and a community of badass engineers to kick back with.
Latinxs at Samsara’s mission is to empower Latinx employees and their allies at Samsara and within our broader communities. Latinxs at Samsara’s strives to provide our members with a network of support to help them develop their careers, strengthen their leadership skills, and thrive personally and professionally.
Pride at Samsara’s mission is to empower LGBTQ+ employees and allies by building a network of support, aiding recruitment efforts to attract a diverse candidate pool, and driving company-wide strategic initiatives to foster inclusivity.
Through volunteering, donating our products to impactive driven organizations, and matching our employees donations we strive to bring the best of Samsara to those who need it most.
We are a group of Samsarians who have experienced significant traumatic loss (death of a loved one). We strive to make life after loss manageable not only at work, but in our personal lives as well through a community of our peers.
