Meet Clarissa Rankin

Clarissa is a truck driver-turned-educator on a mission to get more women behind the wheel. When she got her commercial driver’s license (CDL) and saw how few women were in the room, she knew she had to change that.

Now she runs the Road Knowledge Training Academy, training the next generation of drivers and showing over a million social media followers what this career really looks like. Her challenge to anyone considering trucking: "If you think you can handle it, let's get to work."
